CALLS TO MEXICO
New rules legislated by Mexico and implemented on November 4th 2006 have changed the procedures for callers outside of the country who place calls to cell phones in Mexico.
Procedures for dailing to cell phones in Mexico
Calls to cell phones in Mexico will now require an additional digit to be dialed. In the past, calls to cell phones in Mexico were dialed: 01152XXXXXX
Under the new rules, calls placed to cell phones in Mexico must be dialed: 011521XXXXXX
No inmates may receive incoming calls.
Emergency messages for inmates may be telephoned to the Watch Commander. The emergency message will be forwarded to the inmate, after verification of the emergency.
Inmate Mail
Inmates may send and receive an unlimited amount of mail.
The address is: 4203 Roleke Dr., Bethany, MO 64424. All mail is examined for contraband. No magazines are allowed, newspapers and greeting cards may be received by an inmate. Books may be received by inmates if they have a soft paperback cover. The inmates are not allowed to have more than a total of 5 books.
You can mail pictures, the inmates are allowed to have a maximum amount of 5 photographs.
All pictures will be screened for nudity, gang signs etc. If found impropriate to forward to the inmate, the inmate will be notified and the picture will be secured with his personal property.
NO POLAROIDS (instant pictures) ARE ALLOWED
